I bought a used car privately for a month in Alberta .. The ABS light on, the man promised to repair, he contacted me to organize a couple of times, but I have in the months after 1 had to make the CV joints, and now the cruise not working .. I want my money back? My contract states that "as is" with the seller is responsible for setting the ABS system? The man says he will repair the ABS, but thats it .. I have not checked it before buying, because it was not necessary, I am not happy, then the other set ABS?
