I'm involved in direct marketing for quite a while depending on the product. If the product in a particular group of people, such as eye care, dental, hearing or no incentive centerd [s]. People generally do not want medical treatment after the fact. To say that some people do the right thing and get the health care. My wife is part of a society which, in my opinion, the best marketing strategy I've ever seen. You might want to take a look, just to get some ideas.
